Graduation Bus Parades
First Student will be hosting bus parades at several high schools starting at 10AM on the day of their virtual graduations. All staff and the community are free to join in on the festivities. To be a part of the parade and show your support for our seniors, arrive at one of the participating high school on the date of their virtual graduations at 10AM. Please remember to remain in your vehicles for the duration of the parade. The dates and routes can be found below.
Oak Hills High School: May 26th @ 10AM
Sultana High School: May 27th @ 10AM
Hesperia High School: May 28th @ 10AM

May 26th - 29th Graduates return school property to campus between the hours of 8am-2pm.
May 28th 2-4pm @ Canyon Ridge. Drive-thru photo-op with cap and gown. Caps and gowns may be purchased that day for $30 (cash only, exact change please)
May 29th 6pm - virtual graduation.

Hesperia High School
On May 28th, at 6 pm, the district will be streaming a virtual graduation ceremony for Hesperia High School. This was the original time and date for Hesperia's commencement ceremony. This virtual graduation will include multiple speeches and performances including valedictorian, senior speakers and principal. It will also include a slide for each graduate with their name announced. On June 2nd and 3rd Hesperia High School will be having a drive through diploma ceremony on the campus (details below). This ceremony will be streamed live by the district. Once both ceremonies are complete, the drive through diploma ceremony will be combined with the virtual graduation and presented by our district on the evening of June 11th.

Mojave High School
Information for Class of 2020 (Graduating Seniors Only)
At this point in time while HUSD schools are potentially postponing traditional graduation ceremonies, we are in fact holding virtual graduation ceremonies. A Mojave High School virtual graduation video will be shared with the public on May 29th. In addition, to honor the Class of 2020, Mojave High School will be holding a special “Cap & Gown/Diploma Distribution and Photo Opportunity” May 27th from 10:00am-1:00pm in the Mojave High School parking lot. During this time you can purchase a cap and gown for $35.00 (CASH ONLY), turn in your Chromebook (graduating students only), receive your MHS Class of 2020 Yard Sign, and pick up your diploma. You will also have a special opportunity, if you wish, to take a picture on stage with a MHS backdrop and your diploma cover. We understand this has been a unique and challenging year for our nation, especially our nation's Class of 2020. We are proud of your determination and accomplishments and hope to see you on Wednesday, May 27th from 10am-1pm. Once both ceremonies are complete, the drive through diploma ceremony will be combined with the virtual graduation and presented by our district office on the evening of June 11th, with copies of this ceremony available for students and parents.

Shadow Ridge High School
Dear Senior class of 2020,
Today, I want to provide you an update on our current plan for graduation, as we prepare to celebrate your accomplishments. At this time, we are planning a virtual graduation ceremony. The virtual graduation ceremony will look and feel quite different than our traditional ceremony in years past. As an educator, I understand the importance for our Seniors to have the opportunity to look back on their past 12 years of education and celebrate their accomplishments alongside one another as you transition into the next chapter of your lives. We will continue to be transparent through this process, as we understand how deeply rooted our graduation ceremonies have become in the traditions of our families, our students, and our communities.
