HUSD is excited to partner with Think Together to support expanded learning opportunities for our elementary students after school during the 2023-2024 school year. Think Together’s after-school programs keep kids safe and provide them with homework support and dynamic learning time while helping working families. Think Together’s curriculum is focused on English language arts, math, STEM, youth development, and arts and enrichment. Expanded Learning Programs are one way Think Together is partnering with schools and communities to close the achievement gap. 

*Enrollment in Think Together is dependent upon space availability. Priority is given to students who meet state participation criteria.*

**Hours of Operation: End of the school day until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.**

Program Updates:

May 7, 2024: HUSD and Think Together are excited to offer the “CAMP TOGETHER” summer program at Carmel, Cypress, Krystal, Mesa Grande, and Topaz Elementary Schools. From June 4th to 27th, all HUSD elementary students are invited to enroll in the program at their nearest home school site for a fun and educational experience. Together, let’s continue their growth and excitement for learning this summer.

September 12, 2023: The hiring for Think Together is nearly complete. The Think Together staff members hired are completing their training and preparing an exceptional program for the students of HUSD. Program interest forms will be sent to the community via social media and the website next week.  

August 30, 2023: Think Together has hired a majority of the programs for the eight elementary sites. Training on the current hires will begin on

August 30, 2023, as they also finish hiring.

August 14, 2023: Think Together has begun the hiring process to staff the eight approved elementary sites. 

July 31, 2023:  The HUSD School Board approved the expansion of Think Together to Cottonwood, Cypress, Hollyvale, Kingston, Krystal, Mesquite Trails, Mission Crest, and Topaz. We are currently working on hiring for the expansion of the program. Information will be shared once we are able to begin our after-school program with Think Together.
