Here is the latest update from the district.
"HUSD: HUSD has been monitoring EPA and AQMD air quality data. Currently, with air quality in the moderate range, the District plans to remain open Wed 9/11/24 with modified schedules to limit time outdoors. If air quality changes to make school closure a necessity the District will make further announcements. We urge families to consider their individual needs when deciding to send their children to school. Again, our deepest thanks to the firefighters who continue to work to keep us safe."
