Oak Hills High School presents Stephen Sondheim's musical "Into the Woods." The musical intertwines the plots of several Grimm's fairy tales, exploring the consequences of the characters' wishes and quests. The main characters are taken from "Little Red Riding Hood," "Jack and the Beanstalk," "Rapunzel," and "Cinderella." The musical is tied together by a story involving a childless baker and his wife and their quest to begin a family, and their interaction with a Witch who has placed a curse on them. The show runs March 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd @ 7:00 pm, and a Saturday, March 23rd matinee @ 2:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00 general and $7.00 for seniors/children at the door. The show is performed at Oak Hills High School, 7625 Cataba Rd, Oak Hills, CA 92344.

On March 6, selected underclassmen were invited to participate in the San Bernardino County School's Student Advisory Panel. Students all over the county spend 4 weeks presenting a problem in our county among youth, factors that cause the problem, and most importantly, their ideas for a positive solution. Topics such as youth mental health, school violence, and health care were covered. This is presented to elected officials from our schools' districts, along with cities, the county, and the state. National History Day BARC Out 🐾📣 Congratulations to Rebecca Gutierrez (10th) and Mariana Strong (10th) with their Group Exhibit on the consequences of Plastic Consumption. Danielle McIntosh (11th) and her Exhibit on the Montreal Protocol where she earned 1st Runner-Up. As well, Priti Garcia (11th) and Carlos Gutierrez (11th) Gonzalez with their Group Exhibit on California’s leadership in the Deinstitutionalization of Mental Hospitals earning County Champion and moving on to the state competition in Sacramento. #ItsAGreatDayToBeABulldog
