For our next #SchoolSiteHighlight we are highlighting Sultana's auto tech program. The class is taught by Mr. Suggs and he covers everything from beginner auto to having an entire class just on EVs. The entire auto shop has been recently renovated and it looks great. Several kids are already enrolled in auto tech colleges for next year and from the moment we walked into the shop we could tell just how much the kids love this program. The entire class was excitedly huddled around an engine learning how to take it apart. We also got to meet students Aurora Bodkin and Kylee Daehne while we were were there. Both are in 12 grade and were part of the class that built the 350 V8 race car engine that was in the Hesperia Days parade last year. They added their own special touch to the engine by painting it pink and signing it. #SchoolSiteHighlight
